Word Document Opens Behind Access Form

Hi. I have a two command buttons on my form that opens
that opens MSWord documents. It happens rarely but after
one document is opened and minimized to the taskbar the
second document opens behind my Access form. This
never happens unless one document is already open and
minimized.
If it helps the form's Popup and Modal properties are set to No.
