We are using Microsoft Office 2007 & the document is saved as 97-2003 .doc
file on one of our 2003 Servers. Our users log into server via Citrix on thin
clients. The problem arises when 1 particular user logs in under another
particular user's name & accesses the file, which comes up resembling text
document with no bold characters & font resembles Notepad look. This only
happens on that person's thin client. When logged as himself, the document is
correct. When the logging into any other thin client as the 2nd user, the
document is correct. This only affects 1 user on his thin client logging in
as another user who is not in the office. The absent user can log in on his
thin client & view file correctly.
