Word document will not open

Word document will not open. Any file I try ends up a white page. Publisher &
Excel
open OK. I thought it might be a macro problem & tried different settings
but no good ,.

I only have a problem with word documents, both saved & new docs. It opens &
then turns white when I try to use it. I have a printer & it works fine with
other
files.

I followed your last advice and my saved word files now open, but new word
files
keep crashing

There are posts here that I cannot see (a problem with the server): would
you repeat the problem and tell me what you have done. (May be better to
start a new post.)
