I have created a form document template in Word 2003 containing multiple
lists. Each list is formatted with a list style to alphabetize each item in
each list within the template. Each new list starts with the letter "a" in
the template. When a document is generated from the template, the first two
lists in the document correctly retain formatting and start with the letter
"a". The third list and all lists thereafter do not retain the format and
continue with the next letter from the last list. How can I get all of the
lists in the generated document to retain the original formatting from the
template (without making manual changes to the document) so I can retain the
ability to auto number revisions to the lists in the document after it
generates? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
