It means that a macro was trying to run and failed. This most likely
indicates that there is an add-in loaded that contains an AutoExit macro.
You might see what add-ins are loaded in Word; if you see any that look old
or unneeded, remove them from Word's Startup folder.

Thanks for your response but I'm not exactly sure what to do. I went to my
Word Starup Folder but there's nothing there. This only started to happen
when I bought and ran a virus program.

There's nothing in my word starup folder.

If that AV program is Norton AntiVirus, disable its Office Plug-in and see
if that helps.

The antivirus is Virusbarrier X for Mac.
