What kind of "line" are you referring to - a line of text, a straight
graphic line...?

And PLEASE turn off the Caps Lock. Sentence case is much easier to read.

Thanks,

I cannot delete a file in word. When I click on the document and drag to trash it won't go and hitting delete doesn't get rid of it. Thanks Linda

Hi Linda -

On a Mac you can't delete files or change their names from any program in
the Open or Save As dialogs - that's how OS X works. You have to use Finder
for those purposes.

Also: For future reference please don't tack a question on to another thread
as a Reply. If you aren't answering to that thread post a new question:)
Thanx!
