Word does not allow contact list to be shown when printing envelo.

When I try to print an envelope and click on the address book block I get a
message as follows:
"Address Book failure: "Unspecified Error". Check your mail setup. You must
have MAPI Version 1.0 or higher to use this feature.
I have tried all the fixes that I could find in the help file but to no
avail. Would appreciate any help. Thank you. Col Lewis
