Word Doesn't Autocomplete Full Date

With a previous version of Word, I could type the first four letters of a
month, autocomplete it, hit the space bar, and autocomplete the rest of the
date. That doesn't work in Word 2003 (SP2). I have it set up to "Show
AutoText Suggestions" and the feature works for the month. However,
AutoText doesn't pull in the rest of the date when I hit the space bar or
start to complete the current date. Any solutions?
