Word doesn't like Headers?

Hey All,

I have one users out of 30 on a terminal server that is experiencing this
problem so I think it's got to be a setting..

whenever she prints anything with an inserted header or footer .. it doesn't
print the actual header/footer (although the print preview is fine) It just
prints the text for the insert.

Any thoughts on what this could be?

Perhaps it's field codes you are seeing (although you should see them in
Print Preview too) check Tools/Options/Print and make sure Print Field Codes
Instead of Their Values isn't turned on. If that's not the case then what do
you mean by "text for the insert"?

Try Tools Options, Print and make sure that Include Pictures is checked.
