Even though Detect and Repair corrected the issue it's likely you
could encounter the error again. A runtime error in Visual C++ Runtime
Library means there is an error in an add-in attempting to run which
is not part of the Word installation. I suspect Detect and Repair
modified some Registry entries which prevented the add-in from
loading. IOW, should the add-in be reinstalled, (typically they are
installed by other third-party utilities such as a printer or scanner)
then the error could occur again.
