Word: Eggtimer flashing repeatedly and mouse moves randomly

The eggtimer keeps flashing repeatedly, sometimes 10 times in a row and the
mouse will suddenly will move by itself quickly to some other part of the
screen.

Are you using a laptop with a touchpad? You may be accidently catching it
with your thumb.

You can adjust the sensitivity, or switch it off.

You could check that you have the latest driver for the touch pad by going
to the maunufactureres Website and downloading it. Also check your printer
driver is up-to-date.
