Word Email Merge

I would like to do a fairly large email merge. When doing
a test, it works ok except:

outlook pops up an 'allow access to this program box' & I
say "yes" allowing enough time to process the test email.

Then I still get a popup from outlook, 'a program is
trying to send email - allow it?' for each and every
email.

Is there a way to turn this off (at least long enough to
do the merge)??

would turn it off after completing a mail merge. And turn it on again when
you have another merge to send.
