I posted a similar message on the Word forum but since I'm not sure where the
problem needs fixed (or if it is even possible) I'm posting it here as well.
I am working with a client who uses a third party program to generate Word
documents. There is an email icon the client then uses to send the email from
Word. Previously Outlook Express was used and Office 2003. My client claims
it always sent immediately. The client has since updated to a new computer
with Office 2007. As the user uses multiple profiles (in Outlook) and his
employees are easily confused, Outlook is typically closed. Is there any way
to have the email send immediately when Send is clicked in Word instead of
the message going to Outlook's Outbox folder? My client needs to have the
email send right away and not sit in the Outbox folder until the profile is
opened.
Thanks for any help!
