Word Encoding Problem

Hi,

I am sorry if I am posting this question in a wrong forum but I have
serious problem with a Microsoft Word Document. I have recovered s
many of my important .,doc files from my formatted HD. Some of them ar
readable while others are not readable as they appear on some othe
format. There is a warning that " Select the encoding that makes you
document readable." I am also uploading the screenshot of my problem.

Please help me in solving this problem as those documents are ver
important.
