Word encountered file corruption while opening C:\TEMP\mso***.doc

I am experiencing this error when opening a word file from IE 6 SP1. I
already clean up my Temp folder of drive C: and Temporary Internet FIles of
my IE and still, this error occurs. Btw, I'm using MS Word 97 SR-2 in MS
Windows NT Workstation 4.0 SP6 as an administrator. Hope you might help.
