Word encounters a problem and needs to close

Hi

I know this error can sometimes happen for all sorts of reasons but I have
had this error half a dozen times today. Can anyone tell me what might be
causing it?

Here are some things you might need to know:
-I am using Word 2003
-I have Dragon Naturaly Speaking open
-Internet Explorer 6 has given me the same error message and had to close
-I installed (and uninstalled) Spyware Blaster today

I have been using Dragon's voice recognition software for many months
without a problem and for several weeks with Word 2003 without an issue. I've
also run Norton Av 2005, Ad-Aware SE Personal and Spybot.

Is there anyone who can help?
