Word envelop delivery & return address library

When I try to retrive an an entry in the envelop delivery
or the return address library, I get the following
message "Mapi 32.dll is an invalid Entended MAPI library.
this featuree use to work on my computer but now it does
not. What's wrong & how do I fix it>
