word envelope address alignment

My computer was printing addresses on envelopes horizontally, as it
should, up until today. I opened word xp and wrote a letter, went to
print the envelope and the inside and regular address printed
vertically. I have tried every option under "Options" in the envelope
menu. I have shut down my computer and printer and rebooted. I have
tried different letters in different folders. I have searched "Help."
Hurry, please, I've got many envelopes to print. Aughhhhhhhh :((

This "might" change it. Go to "Start", Settings, Printers, and right
click your printer, select "Printing Preferences" and change it to
"Portrait". If that doesn't get things back to normal you should look in
"Printer" "Properties" and make sure things are set properly for your
printer.
