Word Error - Can't load speech recognition files

When I try to open Word or any other MS Office program I
get a message saying that "Microsoft can't load speech
recognition files" then it tries to do an install but
says it can't find the files to install. This message
pops up until I close the program. How do I fix this?

Have you got a third party speech app installed - such as ViaVoice? From
your description, it seems that some of the files have been moved or deleted
and the app needs reinstalling.

If you only have speech recognition that is part of Office, run Office
Detect and Repair Under any help menu). Alternatively, you can uninstall
speech recognition by running Office Setup and choosing the Change option,
selecting Alternative Inputs and check the Not Available box. Setup will
then remove it.
