Word Error Code 30068-13(1058) - System Error

after installing Office 2016 for the third time and using it for about a week it keeps shutting off on me, showing error code 30068-13(1058) - system error. Even uninstalling it is a problem. Reinstalling takes up to 5 hours !!!???.
The same has happened with the Student Version of Office 2013. Both were purchased on Line...
Is there someone with a similar problem ??

further to the just mentioned problem the error message says "system service is disabled!"
How would I enable it..???

Most likely you have a faulty Windows installation. You may be able to fix that by running the
System File Checker to Repair Windows System Files, using:
SFC /Scannow
from a Command Prompt.

If running the System File Checker doesn't resolve things, you may need to remove all traces of Office from the computer then reinstall it. See: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501
