Word Error During Open Execution

WHen opening MS Word, an error dialog box appears
stating: "Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." It
also asked if I would like to send an Error Report to
MS...I have sent numerous. Then, it kicks me out. Word
is inoperable. PLEASE HELP QUICKLY!!!

Sorry - This won't be a lot of help to you, but I have
the same problem. Have you managed to fix yours yet? If
