Word Error Message

Hi:

I'm running Winword SP-3 Under Windows XP Home.
Sometimes when I'm working on Word I get an error
message, and then Word closes.
The error datails are:
AppName: winword.exe
AppVer: 9.0.0.8216
ModName: mso9.dll
ModVer: 9.0.0.6926
Offset: 0000a2c2

I've tried repairing and reinstalling Office, but the
error persists (eventually).
