Word Error Message

Went I try to open or close Word (Office XP Small Bus) I get the following
error message:
"cannot create plmsword.plword error = 429 activex component can't create
object"

From the name, I guess you have a Palm device and have installed some
software utilities that came with it? Uninstall them one at a time as it has
installed an insidious add-in to Office that is incompatible or (most
likely) badly written.
