Word error message

when i save a doc with macros to my desktop from a domino site by "save
target as", the document will not open and I get the following error mesage -
The instruction at "0x3022fd83" referenced memory at "0x00000070". The memory
could not be "read". This doc does work when it was forwarded to me via email.
I am using Word 2000 on a windows 2000 sp-4 machine.
Other docs from this domino site work.
