Word Error when starting up

I am unable to get into Word 2000. When I start it up,
the banneer pops up, then my computer freezes up. WhenI
hit ctrl-alt-del, I get a message that "There is not
enough memory or disk space to run word. The system is
dangerously low on resources. Do you want to quit
________?" It will put different applications in the
underline: word, explorer, etc. I tried reloading Word,
with no luck. I did reload Office 95 and was able to get
into Word 2000 once. But when I exited, I got the same
messages over again. I tried uninstalling and
reinstalling both Office 95 and Word 2000, with no luck.
I have been running both programs together on the same
computer for 4 1/2 years with no problems. I am running
Windows 98SE operating system with a 40 GB hard drive and
128MB RAM. Any suggestions?

One other thing I forgot to add. All other applications
are working: Excel 95, Powerpoint 95, Access 95 and
Outlook Express 6.0. Word id the only program corrupted.

It might be a damaged normal.dot or registry entries. Take a look here:
