Word error

I'm having the same problem on Windows ME with Word in
Office 2000 Professional; the other apps (e.g. Excel) work
fine. This just started on 8/14. My virus scan showed no
viruses, and I ran a scandisk with no errors. I
deinstalled and reinstalled Office with the same results.
There must be a common problem that MS needs to support.

I'll wait to see if you get a reply with help.
