Word Event Sink 0x80040200 error

Hi all,
I have problems in trying to catch Word 2000 events.
I can correctly get the connection point for the
application object,but receive error 0x80040200 when calling Advise().
The same code works well in handling excel events.
And also I can do it easily in VB using using "WithEvents".
Any ideas?
