Word + Exccel -> PDF

I have a excel file with columns name, adres, city and unique number
I want to mailmerge a lettre with this excelsheet and the output has to be
PDF.
No problem.
BUT !!!!!!
The PDF output must not be one big document but all small pdf's and the name
of the pdf has to be the unique number.
Is this possible?
And if so, how to procede to make this happen?
