In Excel 2003, I have saved data in percentage format
(e.g. 20%), but after I mail merged with Word 2003. In
merged document, those data shown as decimal format (e.g.
0.2). But I want output as percentage format, how should I
solve this problem?

Thanks a Lot.

Working environment:
O/S: WIN2000 with SP4 (ver 5.00.2195), Trad. Chinese
Office: Professional Edition 2003
Word 2003 ver: 11.5604.5606
Excel 2003 ver: 11.5612.5606

You can try using an = field, e.g. instead of

{ MERGEFIELD mypercentage }

use

{ ={ MERGEFIELD mypercentage }*100 \#0% }

(all the {} are the special field code braces you can insert using ctrl-F9.
Everything else is ordinary text.)

Or you can try changing the connection method to DDE (check Word
Tools|Options|General|"Confirm conversions at open", go through the
connection process again, and selec the DDE option when offered. The main
probem with this is that it starts a copy of Excel.
