Word experienced an error trying to open the file:
Try these suggestions:

* Check the file permissions for the document or drive
* Make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space
* Open the file with Text Recovery converter.

i have tried all these and still i cannot find a solution, please help.
i have been struggling for some days now.

and my other worry is on some pc the same files does open, but
in most PCs it doesn't.

i've tried open office program and at least it opened from it, what could be
the couse and what needs to be done to sort this out.

If it works on some PCs but not others, the document is obviously OK. That
suggests it is some outside factor at work such as an over-enthusiastic Anti
Virus add-in, incompatible third party add-in or wrong permissions. Try to
find out the difference between the PCs where it opens and those that won't.
On one of the non-working stations, try logging in using the account from a
workstation that does work.
