Word feild fill-in to work open in web browse

Hello, I have a word template the uses Word 2002 feild fill-in, to complete the document. I can open the template as a doc, but the word feild fill-in does not auto pop-up. I can right click and select update feild and the auto pop-up will appear for that feild only. I need it to auto pop-up for all feilds.
