Word field conditions

I maked union query with results in few lines linked to word.
How to put condition in word to use data just from specify product?

Example:
---------------------------------------------------------
Date Time Product Data1 Data2
20.04.2007 10:00 Car1 2563 8563
20.04.2007 10:00 Car2 1235 8264
20.04.2007 10:00 Car3 1111 3333
20.04.2007 10:00 Car4 9595 7575
----------------------------------------------------------

I need use Data1 (1235) in one field for Car2 or second field Data2 for Car1
(8563) or third for Data2 (7575) for Car4...
How to make condition for this in example in Word fields?
I have plant list with about 200 fields and need to fill in data.
