Word file printing incomplete characters

I've narrowed it down to the file since it's done it with 2 computers and 2
printers. Definitely the file's problem. How can I fix it?

In what way are they incomplete? If they're cut off at the top, check to
make sure that the line spacing isn't set to an insufficient Exact amount.
