Word Fonts Disapear

I have one user out of 75 users in a Terminal Server enviroment that looses
their font selection (only one font is available from the dropdown list). I
deleted and recreated the account from the terminal server and that fixed the
problem for awhile - then it came back - makes me think it is a macro virus
in one of their documents.

Any ideas?

Nope.That is the symptom of losing the default printer driver. Does the user
fax from their desktop? Maybe the Fax macro is switching the printer driver
to the fax driver and not switching it back?
