Hello,
I'm using Word 16.85 provided by my university and it keeps freezing. When I select text and change bullet points, all Word windows freeze, 'Microsoft Error Reporting' appears, and the app becomes unresponsive. I have to force quit or restart my device.
I've reinstalled the latest AutoUpdate and the entire Microsoft suite, but the issue returns after a couple of days. My university IT support offers only temporary fixes. I have the latest MacBook Pro with updated iOS, and Word shows no pending updates.
Please help.
