WORD FORM W/VB TO WEB?

I have a word document programmed w/macros that, when selected, inserts
paragraphs of text into a document. I'd like to create the document,
including macro functionality, and make accessible on the web.
Any thoughts, resources, and/or suggestions to make this happen?

Create the form in a form that will work as a webpage (eg XHTML), and
re-write your macros in something that will run on a website. Word is not an
option for this.
