Word form: when selecting a field it is black color higlighted

Hi all,
I just made a form.I'm a nwbie to it!
Form is finished and looks good but when I select or tab to a field the
field is higlighted in black!!
How can I choose another lighter color or no color at all???
Normally all my fields are lightgray untill you select them and then they
are turning black.
But when you type in the "black" field then it turns back to light gray and
then you can see what you are typing in it.

Does someone has a solution??
Thanks in advance!!!

Hi Luc-

On your Forms Toolbar, click the Form Field Shading button (2nd from right I
believe) to deactivate it.

Yes, that is correct but if I tab or go to another field and return it is
again highlited in black.
But I want a permanent solution for that black highlight color...
Thanks anyway!!
