Word Formatting problems

Sorry Kristen this is not a fix. Just here to add a voice
to the call for help.

I am having exactly the same problem and its driving me
mad :( There must be others with this issue? Has anyone
got any ideas? Only happened when I upgraded to SP2 (I
think).
