Hello,
Is there any way to insert hyperlinks into a form and to get hyperlinks
to work within a protected form? I know I should be using InfoPath,
but we are working with another organization that doesn't have it.
Anyways, what I want to do is have a protected form that allows users
to input information into a fields, easy. However, I also need to be
able to allow users to input hyperlinks into the form and then allow
users to be able to open up the filled out form and click on those
links to go to other webpages, files in Sharepoint, etc.
I know of the VBA button solution for hyperlinks in a protected form,
but I'm trying to stay away from using VBA (if possible because there's
problems with macros executing in SharePoint document library
templates) and it is a static solution and I need a dynamic one where
multiple links can be inserted on the fly and saved. Thanks in
advance.
