Word Freezes When I try to Change a Font

Suddenly today I can't change the font in my document. If I press on the tab
for the drop down menu, Word freezes. If I attempt to type the font in, it
crashes. I've also tried editing the Heading and clicking on the Font popup
but everything related to the font face causses the computer to crash. I can
change everything else but the font face.

Anybody know how to fix this?

Reinstall the printer, first checking the manufacturer's Web site to see
whether there is an updated driver.

Thank you for your help! I re-installed the printer and MS Word works fine
now. My printer works better too, I was having problems with it before so it
must not have been installed properly in the first place. Thank you so much,
again!
