Word freezes when merging Excel into Word then printing.

Hi,

We've got a user experiencing trouble when doing merges in
Word from an Excel spreadsheet, then printing. We're on
Win2k, using Office 2000. Drivers for the printer are
current. This is on a network connection to the printer. I
think she's trying to put names and adresses into the word
doc that are stored on an Excel spreadsheet when this
happens. Word just starts spinning with the hourglass. ANY
help is appreciated on this!
