Word freezes when using the Dutch Dictionnary

I have WORD 2003 (part of Office 2003) in English with SP2.
I have added the Dutch Dictionnary (part of Proofing Tools).
When I open a text made with WORD 2000 for which the author has specified
that the langage is Dutch, my version of WORD freezes and I need to make an
ctrl/alt/del to stop WORD. The same happens if I start a text, make a
"Select all" and then ask for applying the Dutch Langage to that text (my
NORMAL teplate uses English-US). If I uninstall the Dutch dictionnary,
evrything works as normal ... but I cannot make any spelling or grammar check
!
Any suggestion ?
