Word freezes with Dutch Dictionnary

Hello,
I have installed WORD (Office) 2003 with the English, French and Dutch
proofing tools. Each time I open a document in Dutch, WORD freezes. If I
uninstall the Dutch proofing tools, the same document causes no problem. I
have no problem with documents in English or in French (and the
dictionnaries are working prettywell).
Any idea ?

Thank you very much. I'll try to get this hotfix and see if it helps.
See you soon.

Hello,
I obtained the patch you suggested from Microsoft (it took a while because
it is not freely downloadable but must be requested by phone from the local
division of Microsoft ...). However, I am stumbling on an unanticipated
problem. The patch is a .msp file (Windows Installer Patch) that should
normally works with msiexec.exe (the command line if running it under
command-lien environment is "msiexec /p c:\temp\mssp3NLff.msp", assuming that
the patch is in c:\temp ). When I do this (or launch the patch by
double-clicking it under Windows as indicated in the instructions, I get an
error message that reads "... cannot be installed because the program to be
updated may be missing or the upgrade patch may update a different version of
the program !!! ". The version of my installer (msiexec.exe) is
3.01.4000.1823. Microsoft-Belgium (where I am) seems unresponsive... Any
idea or suggestion ...

Sorry, I've never encountered the error message that you quoted.
I don't want to seem like I am making excuses for
Microsoft-Belgium, and I don't work for Microsoft at all, but it
is the weekend, and they might not be able to respond to your
question until next week. I think that your best course of
action is to pursue the hotfix installation problem with
Microsoft-Belgium Product Support Services.
