We've encountered an issue on multiple new Dell computers where Word freezes when the right mouse button is pressed within the downloaded Word app. Occasionally, it unfreezes after more than a minute, but sometimes it remains frozen. Despite trying various solutions such as updating, repairing, and reinstalling Office 365, as well as redownloading the app, the issue persists. However, it functions normally when accessed online. The version displayed is 2405.
