Word Full Screen View Hidden Image

S

SJMP

Word 2003 and 2007. I have a document that users work with. When they change
the view to Full Screen there is an image on the upper right hand corner.
this image is seen only on Full Screen view. Not visable on any other view.
Also not visable when printed under any view including full screen view. Is
there a way to view how this image is a part of the word doc? Very strange.

Thank you!

Hello Scott,

I have received the sample file.

After doing some tests, I notice that adjusting the top margins can make
the image show up. I think the problem could be caused by the different
margins settings on clients. I will send you the modified document to your
mailbox.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Hello Parkis,

I am so sorry for not replying to you in time due to the high volume
recently.

As we discussed in the newsgroup, this issue was caused by the top margin
that could be re-designed in the new Word version. I searched a lot but
didn't find any detailed information to describe the design change in this
topic.

The image should exist in the very top margin, so it doesn't show up in the
print view. However, if we adjust the size of top margin the image will
come up.

If you have any questions, please let me know. I am glad to be of
assistance.

Hello, I've been experiencing the same problem. I can see images on Ful
Screen View but they disappear on Print View. I tried adjusting margin
but it didn't work. then I tried right clicking and copying the image o
full screen and pasting it anywhere on the page on Print View and Voila
both images appeared! From then on, the document opened normally on bot
views. the image was placed very high on the right corner. I'm usin
Word 2007 and Vista Ultimate SP1. let me know if you come up with
solution for this bug.
