Word grammar and spelling

Word does not correct or show properly the grammar and spelling mistake or
correct them ( office 2007). I have tried several tests, and donot show
options or corrections.
Is there any other program, (internal or external) or function that I can
add to help or make it work, Correctly and that I can trust?

This is jeopardizing my job at this time, Word/excell grammar and spelling
checkers are not reliable and trustworthy.
HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Computerised grammar checkers can never be more than a guide and to
understand the guide you need a good grounding in English grammar. Blithely
relying on what it tells you is wrong can be worse than not using it at all.
However Jay has pointed to a link to get it working.
