Word should not flag "one of these" as a grammatical error, and the suggested
phrase "one of this" is in fact incorrect.

I would like to suggest a checkbox for ignoring formulae with superscripts
and subscripts as spelling errors.

Wrt your second suggestion, checking the box for "Ignore words with numbers"
will accomplish this.
