Word halts when printing

Hello
Our problem: on a terminal server running Word 2002 SP2
when a user keys in a new document and attempts to print
from the toolbar button, Word will halt with the
window "word has encountered an error" .. and asks to send
output to Microsoft or not. The event viewer shows event
ID 1000 .. faulting application winword.exe .. faulting
module hpbafd32.dll v. 4.2.1.3. This does not happen all
the time, but I noticed it only happens on HP4050
printers. I have tried changing print drivers but no
luck. I have rebuilt the users profiles for the terminal
server, still no luck. Any ideas?
