Office XP Professional SP 3
Word 2002 (10.6612.6626) SP3
P4 3.1 GHz and 180 MB RAM (VMWare 4.5 session)

When I am trying to copy & paste a good deal of info (some graphics
included)using MS Word 2002, I get the following error message:

Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.

Error details
AppName: winword.exe
AppVer: 10.0.6612.0
ModName: windowrd.exe
ModVer: 10.0.6612.0
OffSet: 00004cef

I've cut down on the amount of stuff I attempted to copy until it was
just that one graphic (was actually an org chart) but am still getting
that error.

Can anyone help me solving this problem.
