the above error is the message i get when i try to open a document. Also:
appname:winword.exe
appver: 11.0.6359.0
appstamp: 40c8b025
modname: hpzntp05.dll
modver: 2.128.0.0
modstamp: 3bcef80c
any help?

Try deleting and reinstalling your printer in Start | Control Panel |
Printers.

Delete and reinstall your printer making sure that you have the latest
driver available.
